Meet Shelly Clark

I am an Enrolled Agent and the founder of Shelly Clark, EA – Tax & Business Services, LLC, a full-service tax and business consulting firm that I founded in 2022. As the firm’s leader, I oversee all daily operations while specializing in tax and accounting matters such as setting up small business accounts, advising on business entity selections, tax return preparation, tax planning, consulting, bookkeeping, and payroll services.

I graduated in 2010 from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, where I discovered my passion for taxes. My career began in 2000 as an external inventory auditor, and in 2007, I transitioned into tax services. I’ve been an instructor of tax classes since 2010 and became an Enrolled Agent in 2015. Throughout my career, I’ve remained dedicated to helping clients stay compliant with all aspects of their bookkeeping, finances, and tax matters.

When I’m not working, my greatest joy comes from being a proud “Gigi” to five amazing grandbabies. I love traveling to places where I can disconnect from the everyday hustle and create lasting memories with those I love.
